“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I dont know how to start this but this goes out to my fellow men out there. Im in my lower 20's and im not old at all but i wish i could go back in time for the simple fact that i regret with all my beating heart, all the Puzzy i let slip through my fingers in the past 6 years. I felt i was on top of the world when i was in my late teens, I had a ripped body (6pack n all) I was KNOWN through out some local parks in my area for being awesome in basketball (given the nickname MJ...no BS), Girls called me Hot, Cute even gorgeous (when i had a ON night) and i was very popular with everyone, mostly basketball related.

Today, at this very moment, I am overweight, I havent touched a ball in a long time and i would make a huge fool out of myself if i tried playing the way i used to, i have a buldging tummy and i dont have that confidence walk and talk like i used to, girls still flirt with me but no where NEAR as much. As i was walking home from work today, i started thinking, *How did i let myself slip like this?* .. I passed by a girl who i used to talk to a while back, i had the chance to bang her, of course i didnt, she smerked at me but nothin else,, usually it was a "u want my panties?" look but hardly anything now a days.
Now all i do is go to work, come home and hear my cell ring, only to pick up and hear my G/F's voice "im gonna come over". I just sit and do nothing with her.

Bottom line guys, Dont EVER let yourself go. you will feel so down if you do. I made the mistake of letting myself go because i had a G/F. Another thing, if a cute chick is giving signs of letting you get in her wet spot, omg, by all means dont think about it! Go after it because you never know what will happen. My mistake? why didnt i go for it? Because my Ex and i were broken up and i felt so "sad". im disgusted with myself now that i think about how much Puzz i let slip through because of extreme AFC mentality. Anyway, If you have a G/F, hit the weights, keep in shape, stay in playboy mode "looks" wise.

As for me, I can't stay like this. I am hitting the weights hard and getting back to where i used to be. Sad thing, i wouldnt have to get "back" if i never let myself go. Hope u guys find this advice useful.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I hear ya loud and clear. The past couple months I got into an LTR and I stopped hittin the weights. I'm back now and still in the LTR after realizing wtf I was slipping into (complacency), but now I have another problem - I seem to be attracting pvssy more now BECAUSE I'm taken and they know it. Women.

I have to say this post really touched home. I used to weigh 160 lbs (I'm 6' tall) and now weigh 195 lbs. I used to bike 2-3 times a week and lift weights 2-3 times a week. Now I use my weight bench as a clothes hanger and my bike's in neeeed.

Thing is, I didn't get a gf. I finished up college! :woo: :nervous:  :cuss:

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
