I have abit of a belly, and i have no idea how to get rid of it. It doesn't feel like fat or anything, its just that my belly would rather stick out than stay in. It takes effort to hold my belly in, like i have to flex my abs/suck in for it not to stick out.

I have nooo idea why this is, but its kinda bugging me because I'm pretty much in shape, but my stomach likes to hang out.

Any ideas m8s?

edit: I know that spot reducing(or whatever it is) doesn't work
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

thats where most of the fat in men is stored. usully the last place you lose fat. try reducing yur bodyfat via cardio

Yeah...

That's the thing...I do HIIT 5 times a week(alot i know, but im an athlete), im not obese at all infact im pretty fit and have gotten afew compliments here and there..

...but i have to suck in my gut :)

whatever ill keep doing cardio and weights, thanks :)
