i just have to say.... that writer should be fired. after reading the first few paragraphs i had no clue what the hell was going on.
number one rule of journalism.... explain to your reader the background of what you are about to discuss.
this moron opens with a quote, which while providing some detail, isn't clear enough for the reader to understand what exactly happened.
as for guilty or not guilty.... no one has the right to kill someone else unless their own physical safety is in jeapordy.
