Well, it's just a ****y and funny line that (IMO) anyone can use, good looking or not, if you say it the "right" way it'll get a laugh if she has a sense of humor. Rather say that and (possibly) get a laugh than say nothing. Take it or leave it.

anything can "work", the line is so-so, if it fits your personality and you delivery it funny, sure. but there no guarantee as the title states, thats for sure.

I guess it depends on where you live. In my town i hear that 'line' more than once a day when guys are just joking around (yea, even to other guys) so its not really a flirty 'line' anymore
