You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

GSP v BJ Penn, UFC 94

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

funny how in the pre fight shows penn was calling GSP a "b!tch" and a quitter and said that he'll "fight till the death"...

Looks like the rich spoiled Hawaiian's mouth wrote a check his as$ couldn't cash because he got smashed for 4 rounds and QUIT.

BJ's bjj coach is my instructor's instructor, he may have been one of the ones who threw in the towel tonight. I will ask him next weekend when he is at my own first mma fight.

GSP v Anderson Silva is the next big matchup I want to see. Right now it is between them and Fedor for best pound-for pound fighter in the world.

I never liked Penn, he seems to think he's a lot better than he really is. GSP is a beast though, i want to see him fight Silva.

Watch out for Jon Jones in the future, that kid is only 21 and i think will be holding the belt one day.

The match was really good I thought and even though I was going for GSP because Penn was talking mad sh1t you gotta give him props he still has a belt so he' still a good fighter.

I thought his brother threw the towel, I think penn wanted to keep going but his brother ended it because he wasnt doing anything.

Jon Jones ..I dont know it shows that he is still a new guy in the sport since he was out of gas at the end of the 2nd and all of the 3rd round, he did have some nice moves(the back elbow) but he has to get more conditioned before he can go after anyone plus the fact that he had a massive reach on the other guy.

Clay always fun to watch...lots of holding though kinda boring.

The good one to watch was ....the fight before gsp's forgot the name of the winner, he was pretty good 14-0.

Jon Jones has some crazy suplexes but he lacks any type of submission skills. He needs to work on that..then he'll be a good fighter.

Just starting to get into this myself, but IMO, Penn needs to lose about 5-10 lbs of fat and replace it with muscle. you can be a good fighter but pound for pound muscle is going to help you a lot more than fat will.

Oh yea, and that Jon Jones is a bad ass sum*****. That spinning elbow was AWESOME. He just made the mistake of thinking it was a KO and he lost his window to finish it off right there

Penn was a lightweight champion to begin with who thought he can dominate the best of the welterweight (GSP) by adding 15 lbs to his frame.

Penn should stick to the lightweight division because adding all that extra weight seriously eroded his skills.

I don't know, Fedor looks pretty chunky at times yet he is pound for pound the best fighter in the world.

As for other matches in UFC 94, Machida really impressed me, very smart fighter.

Sure GSP was favored to win, but I had NO idea I'd see that level of domination from beginning to end. BJ looked like he didn't even want to be there.

That guy is going to seriously make some noise. I don't want to go too far out there on a limb, but if I was anybody at the top level of UFC, Machida is not a guy I want to get talked into fighting. He's good. Scratch that, he will be great.

I agree. I think Machida deserves a mention in the nominees for best pound-for-pound mma fighter in the world. Right now that list reads: Fedor, Anderson Silva, GSP and I'd say Machda as well. Despite this beatdown, BJ Penn is still dominant in the lightweight division.

edit: Rashad Evans deserves a mention as well.

BJ wanted the 5th round. His corner cut it off. You can see one of his coaches call the doc over and make a throat-slashing motion, after which the doc and the ref call the fight.

GSP is probably my new favorite fighter. Since his loss to Matt Hughes, it is amazing how much GSP has evolved.

I don't know about Machida being best #4# quite yet. I haven't seen enough of him.

Well...whoever called it, he surely wasn't quick to protest it...so it is what it is.

Out of curiosity, are there any big name MMA fighters from Latin America that aren't Brazilian?

I disagree on Rashad and Machida. They've not gone through and shown the dominance that Fedor, GSP, A. Silva, and Penn have in their respective weight divisions. The latter have effectively cleaned out their divisions.

Rashad would have to beat a couple more fighters while Machida would have to beat several more.

Not to say they couldn't be, just that they've not had the run the others have had.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
