Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

So i was eating some "brown cow" plain greek yoghurt today.
it's fat free, but super creamy and rich.
i usually mix it with fruits.

but i look at the nutrition facts.
1 cup= 130 calories, 0 fat, 9 carbs, and 23 protein.
wtf. 23 protein?
i don't know if yoghurt usually has this much protein, but i found it to be pretty phenomenal.

i just eat it cause it's plain and all natural. no bull**** ingredients in it, and it tastes good. but i'll probably eat more of it now haha.

Screw yogurt, Skyr is where it's at.

1 serving = 170g. 110 Calories. 6g Carbs, 22g protein, 0g fat.

Not that easy to get though. I think some Whole Foods carry it in the US.

The way I figure it, if an animal has muscles made of the same proteins, then eating those proteins should be good for building your muscles too. Does yogurt have all the proteins and amino acids you need?

You can buy very lean ground beef and when cooking it, drain the fat to make it leaner.

Or just buy cuts of meat.
