grinding jaws when feelling stress?

Do you guys have problem of grinding your jaws whenever you feel stress out? I have tendency grinding my teeth hence they wear out at the tips. I had done this unintentionally many times without realizing it until the dentist discuss it with me.

like when you are asleep? that happened to me for awhile. if thats the case, cvs carries a relatively inexpensive nightguard. it stopped when i stoped the stress in my life from getting to me

Maby you should buy one of those rubber biting rings babys use when they grow teeth. Anyways, do you still do it now that youre aware of it?

YES. I have some anxiety problems, and I notice when I get nervous, I start grinding my teeth. I didn't even notice it until recently since I've been working on my breaking out of my shyness (using the materials from this site :rockon: ), but I think I've been doing it for a while.
