"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

My friend just called me asking for advice... he's been seeing this girl exclusively for over a year.

He gets off work last night and she leaves a letter on his car saying "we should go our seperate ways but if you want to talk you can call me"...or something like that.

WTF? How could a woman break up with a guy like this and not face to face? That's low in my opinion.

My friend needs advice what to do.. he says he's not goign to call her because of the simple fact she didn't have the balls to tell him to his face.. what kind of woman would do this? Should he call her?

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Why is this some big surprise? shes a chick for goodness sakes, she doesnt have the luxury of courage and straight talk you take for granted.

Your friend shouldnt be calling her anyway even if she did call it off to his face, its over.

yep it's over, and talking only makes it worse. Just say him to accept things as they are and move on.

I've had girlfriends do worse things, such as when I tried to call my gf her friends answered and preceeded to tell me that the relationship was over and blah blah blah.

It's a woman, they are mentally handicapped. Tell him not to think about it and just move on. Be a good friend and make he sure goes out and gets at least 10 numbers this weekend.

Basically, the woman is "conflict avoidance" - she doesn't want to get too emotional nor does she want to get any communication from the guy's part. To me that is very weak and poor form of communication. Be thankful he got dumped this way, Given my experience with conflict avoidance type of people I'd honestly would never trust a person that is all passive/shy about things.

Tell your bud it's pretty much over and move on, don't contact her. He'll probably be very bitter about this, he needs your support totally - take him out for some drinks and strip bars if you can. He should be thankful he has a bud he can count on, that's you.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

shes afraid of confrontation.
didnt know how to utter a break up from her own mouth.
sheesh , shes new at this and doesnt want to see him hurt so she wrote the letter.
explain to your friend that she really is a good girl not trying to break his heart, however has made her decision to break up with him and he should not call her.
chances are she will miss him and start calling him again.

This gal i know, had a simular situation

Shes in a LTR for about 8 months or so, he has taken her virginity and she is in love with him, and he apparently loves her

He tells her they have to talk less coz he has important exams coming up, they hardly speak for about 4 weeks or so, she is really upset and down about it and hears a rumour that he had got with an ex of his at a skool party!

Then out of the blue, she gets given a letter at school from one of his other exs who lives next door to the bf, the letter goes on how they should break up and stuff! includes classic quotes such as "Right people, wrong time" She wasnt happy at all!

Then after about 2 months or so when were getting really close (me and this gal) she randomly recieves a text from him saying "I still think about those times in your bedroom" Needless to say she wasnt exactly happy!

Shes a cool gal and i really felt sorry for her at the time, so much so that i gave instead of recieved the night she got that text! :D

Yeah, as difficult as it is, tell your Bud not to call or EVER contact her again. Sure it's gonna be very painful for awhile, but tell him not to give her the courtesy that she obviously didn't give him.

that's just how women are. Many women don't do break-ups face to face if they can help it. its the way it is.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

hey man. Compared to the sh*t I know some girls to be capable of when breaking up, a letter is pretty damn thoughtful! How about a year and 3 months relationship being ended by an SMS! A f*cking SMS!

....a text message? thats what they are called, SMS. it stands for Simple Messaging System. Its the network protocol that converts text into a bytestream, send through the air, then converts it back into text at someone else's phone.

how could you not know that? what do you call them in the states, just text messages?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Terrible...

Tell your friend not to contact her. She will eventually wonder why he hasn't called or is wondering what's on his mind. If she calls, ignore her.

My sympathy goes to your friend (or are you your friend? either way sorry to hear)

self-control in the face of this kinda thing is a motherf*cker. I forced myself not to call my ex and was glad. She messaged me one night saying "I'm an idiot, don't know why we broke up, miss you blah blah blah" so i ignored the b*tch. haha!

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
