I'm 32 right now, will be turning 33 next month. I have started to notice a lot of grey hair on my head. I don't dye my hair as i like to keep it natural. But I feel a bit of insecurity regarding it. Is it something to be concerned about?

Died hair looks realistic for the 10 minutes before it grows in and the roots are grey, and at that point it looks like you're trying to hide the fact that you have grey hair.

No, grey is sexy for men. Own it.

My barber told me not to color my hair. This was a year ago, but he said it's the trendy thing to do now -- and by saying this, he was losing money. I wasn't going to color my hair anyways. There have been other people, young people who have said they like it.

To be honest, I don't know why people would want to color their hair. It's a sign of wisdom (at least, that's how I feel). It's a sign that you are healthy enough to have lived to have gray hair. I know people who have died already. it's sad but once you have gray hair, you notice people don't necessary last that long - it's not a "given". It's like a trophy to me in a way.. some people have already died, but due to genetics, or whatever, I'm still here.

I would rather work out, build muscle, be healthy, cook good food; then worry about continuous coloring my hair. I guess it kinda helps that I'm fairly healthy and strong that my gray hair is an asset. I guess if I'm sickly and weak, it would be a different story? Who knows. I do know I like my gray gray hair and younger people have told me it's attractive (in a "jelly" sort of way).

How's your diet?
I ask because I went grey in my 40s.... A time in my life when I had a very bad diet (and was carrying a LOT of extra weight)
Around 50 I got divorced and got my act back together - Health, diet and weight were a big part of it.... I cut out refined/processed sugars as completely as I could.
And as the weight came off... my natural hair colour gradually returned.
I'm 58 now and there's only the tiniest fleck of grey here and there these days.
We all know that processed sugars are BAD - But I had no idea the awful lag effect it was having on ALL my physical aspects - Hair included.

My Doc was baffled by it - but the woman who regularly cuts my hair said she has seen it happen in some guys if they get healthy after a period of being not so health conscious.

If you can't avoid the grey though... Own it!
Far better be a 'silver fox' - than look like a 'try-hard' with grey roots peeking from under a dyed solid colour.
Many women see a little grey as a sign of maturity/experience.

Own it, didn’t see women complain or turned off. On the contrary, especially is you dress well.
