"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey everyone, I'm new.

I had what you all call "oneitis" for this girl. I know I'm probably never going to be over her, but I've tuned it down to say the least.

I'm just saying 'hi' to a great forum, bible, and from what I can see, mostly great people who can help and receive help from each others.

I guess I should start by posting my goals and stuff:

Health
- lower %bf to 10% and keep it there.
- bulk up to 155 lbs.

School
- develop good work ethic..
- no procrastination.
- be sociable with everyone including teachers.

Attitude
- I'm going for the humble confidence image. I know I've got it all, I just don't smear it in people's faces.
- Be kind to all who deserve it.
- Respect and be respected.
- Always stay positive, but not necessarily to the point of being disillusioned.

Girls
- Just be the best who I can be for myself.
- If a girl attracts me, go for her not too eagerly, but also don't get stuck in the friend zone.

Ok I might have missed some stuff, but I'm just doign this really fast. That's what I got from browsing a little and the bible. It is in order of importance. Yes, I know the site is about women and all, but I'm putting them last because I need to put myself first in things I do now. I read in a post somewhere that said, "if you can't take care of yourself, how can you take care of another person?" Good stuff. Once again hello to all and thanks for reading.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Welcome.

I think I know what you mean here, but for the purposes of clarification: Everyone deserves your kindness. If your kindness is betrayed (which will eventually happen, unfortunately), they will not be worthy of your attention.

Check your bf% issue too. I don't know your age or anything else (body type, especially) but there's a handy bf% guide here: http://www.healthchecksystems.com/bodyfat.htm.
