Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

There is no shortage of protein and meal replacement bars out there that you can eat in between classes. "Eating six times a day" doesn't necessarily mean sitting down at a table and eating hot food prepared just for you...

You poor thing, you! What a bad bad man he is to make you run a mile a day!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

take MRP bars or drinks between your 3 main meals, a simple one is
-1 serve protein powder
-2 tablespoons thickened cream
-5 frozen strawberries
-2 tablespoons of flax oil
-water

as for the running and lifting every day that is a demonstation of a lack of knowledge by your coach.
muscles need REST.
you should be working your ass of on training days and doing SFA on your off day's. Arm yourself with some facts and confront him.

Bull****. Don't make excuses for failure. You can eat, if you try.

I don't think a mile a day ever hurt anybody - that's just a way to wake up for anyone in the military. If more people incorporated a mile jog into their daily routine we wouldn't have such a huge problem with obesity as we do now...

Ha! Wait til you try it, you'll learn to loathe the bugle which wakes you up, and the half-asleep scramble to get fallen in on time, and how bloody CHEERFUL the officer-instructors are at 5am in the freezing cold. Oh, such fond memories have I of the academy..

But nah, it didn't hurt anyone at all.

Your coach seems just as clueless as many I've come across, training the same muscle back-to-back and stuff.

The job would be fine if it was in the morning on an empty stomach, perfect for battling bodyfat, however if it's just before your weights workout I'd be inclined to think it'd use up unnecessary glycogen which COULD have been put to use shifting weight.. depends on the fitness of the individual of course, for some, a mile run is just a walk in the park.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
