Not looking to seriously date a 25 year old, just fvck the life out of her. It will be finethis dynamic is a red flag
women should not overtly initiate
bad news
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Thanks for the update brother.Date went really well, met up and went to a local park that has a cool waterfall in the middle of the town it's in, then walked and talked and grabbed a drink around the corner from it at this cool outdoor bar.
She was wearing these tight jeans and a frilly white shirt...the kind you can see the bra through and it was red lace...
She was super touchy feely and almost sitting on my lap after about 20 minutes. Kissed about half an hour in and then a few more times while we were there. Left and walked around for a bit with a heavy make out session near a pond and after I walked her back to her car...
We talked about cooking and she is starting to learn more about it and was super excited to find out I enjoy cooking and wants to cook with me sometime, and basically said next date we can pick either mine or her place and cook together...
I told her maybe if she plays her cards right that can happen and smirked...
She leaned against the car and pulled me closer and made sure to smash her boobs into me and asked how she could do that and I just laughed and told her she would have to figure it out...
Got home about 45 mins ago and she already texted me how much fun she had tonight and how she is going to figure out how to play her cards right so we can cook together and said she will even be on her best behavior...
Looks like this one is ready to go

300 is a bit much unless she's 6 feet tallDon't you have some 300 lb whales to slay?
trollWomen do have agency (when they want to).
You are responsible for what you put into your mouth. PERIOD. Fvck whatever else someone makes, brings home, leaves laying on the counter, etc.I don't think it's quite this simple.
To build compliance, you need to make a dopamine feedback loop.
Set small achievable goal>follow that plan>reap rewards of following that plan>set a higher goal.
Some people can just up and make changes. I know a few folks like this who just looked in the mirror and dropped >100lbs like it was nothing. I'm envious of these people.
A wife can mess up a cut/diet by making your favorite (typically unhealthy) foods and trying to coerce you into eating them when your compliance levels are lacking. This happens more frequently than you think. The fault is on the man for caving to this, but had the wife not been a lazy, conniving, mate-guarding turd - this wouldn't have happened either.
The solution cannot always be "men just need to do more, no matter what women do". Women do have agency (when they want to).
Only because I was in that boat for several months between last September and mid January and gained a bunch of weight from eating like crap and not working out.I never disagreed with this, I only said that when compliance is low - you are more likely to cave into temptations. If someone in your house knows your weak points and uses them against you (wives, in this case) in your low compliance times, it can absolutely get in the way of a cut. Does that mean the wife is at fault? No, but she bares some of the blame and most certainly isn't helping him.
You are awfully combative about this. Are you virtue signaling or using this to help set your own mental model?
Never said they were crazy, it's how many people think. But at the end of the day, a viable, well thought out and well reasoned excuse is still just an excuse. This is always a dangerous mentality.
I understand where you're coming from, but you won't budge or even see reason here. There's no point to further discussing this as you "won't hear anything to the contrary". My statements are not crazy.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
So true. The body game remains undefeated. Those who say otherwise are in complete denial.
Why does the woman kiss, touch, grab, bite, lick all over if the body doesn't matter????
Then everybody clapped. In this case, she said "Damn, I hope I look as good as you do when I get to your age!"
I laughed and said "Thanks, but I have a way to go to get to where I want to be at."
She looked me up and down and said, "I think you look amazing right now!"
So I laughed and said "Amazing enough to grab a drink sometime and connect when we have more clothes on?"
She said "Absolutely!"
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Nice! Never really into that stuff but I bet it's probably a great workout.Atta boy
I a going to check out MMA dojo on Monday. Got the stamp of approval from my special ops buddy.
It’s a great workout and that is coming from him. I’m also doing it for the fighting / confidence / discipline. I just need to smack and get smacked a bit. It’s just a missing piece. Call me crazy.Nice! Never really into that stuff but I bet it's probably a great workout.
Got a date planned with her for next Friday and she is planning on staying the night again...might just make it a Netflix and fvck night haha
I can imagine...any sort of intense grappling on the ground or trying to escape will likely burn a ton of calories. Yeah, I can see how that would help with a lot of things...It’s a great workout and that is coming from him. I’m also doing it for the fighting / confidence / discipline. and nice on the follow up date. I like that idea a lot. When you do the Netflix and chill I like to play on the phrase and Make it my own. It’s just a quirk
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
