Doesnt matter either way IMO. Text, Phone Call if she likes you, she will respond. It's pretty straight forward. If you text her then saying something like "Hey, its *****, How are you" She'll respond with "Hey, im doing well" or something similar to that then bring up that you want to see her for a drink or wine... etc. When she's not busy. Go from there.

Damn bro, I miss the days when if a Girl really wanted to contact you, She would have to call your home/room phone and not hide behind a text message. On the phone you can hear if she's nervous or really into it. With text nowadays, you just dont know WTF is really going on.
