Phone conversation or text message for first contact? I finally worked up the courage for an approach. This hotty came in my work and I held eye contact. Asked her for number and got it. So far so good. Suggestions?

Doesnt matter either way IMO. Text, Phone Call if she likes you, she will respond. It's pretty straight forward. If you text her then saying something like "Hey, its *****, How are you" She'll respond with "Hey, im doing well" or something similar to that then bring up that you want to see her for a drink or wine... etc. When she's not busy. Go from there.

Both do just fine. Do whichever suits to you. Texting is much better for me cause it aviods of her not "missing" your call.

Damn bro, I miss the days when if a Girl really wanted to contact you, She would have to call your home/room phone and not hide behind a text message. On the phone you can hear if she's nervous or really into it. With text nowadays, you just dont know WTF is really going on.
