tricep dips
reverse grip pull down
skull crushers

Workout routine is primarily a subject of your goal. What are you looking to do? Add mass? Cut? Body recomp?

With that said, no need to do two different pull down movements for tris,esp if your goal is size.

The standing overhead press.

Put up some good weight on that and you will have some nice shoulders.
