"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I was out with some friends and a friend who is a girl introduces me to her brother whom we met later on.

WE proceeded to talk about getting a drink from a stand (we where at a fair) and my friend who is the girl, her brother told us about a young girl who works at one of the stands at the fair and that he knew her and we could get free drinks from.

HE then proceeded to talk badly about this girl and say nasty things about the way she sleeps around with other men. He called her the "Communal who&re" who is about 16 yrs old.

Then I said as a Joke "Well maybe we could go to the stand and get a little something else"

He then proceeded to say "Oh man your pretty low going for such a young girl" Since I am 20

I said "Age is just a number" (WIth a grin)

I am wondering what else I could have said to produce a little more sting.

I really wanted to get in his face and kick his ass, since he doesnt even know me.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I would have said either one of these:

"wo! damn! I can't believe you thought I was actually being serious! you're sick dude!"

Or

"Well if you see her as being so young, why do you get a kick out of putting her down?"

I don't get it, was the guy joking? I mean if you said it pretty seriously and he thought you were serious, then that is kind of weird. Why did you wanna kick his ass lol? You seem like you have like an anger problem or something, all he did was joke right back at you.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

hmm..

I really dont know why, but there is a voice inside me that says "he disrespected you" and that makes me mad. I dont know why my voice tells me this and maybe it stems from isecurtiy, because if your letting small things bother you then you are at some level insecure. I dont know.

But I just dont like people who I havent met yet, making comments about who I am and what I am like or passing negative judgements on me when I dont know them.

I was saying it like a joke, and if a friend of mine had said that I would have dismised it and that would be the end.

But a guy I dont know...that makes me mad as to "How dare you say something to me when I have been friendly to you and you dont know me on top of that."

Hey man, how do you get dandruff off a cvnt?

ANSWER: (Dust the guys shoulder sarcastically...)
HEHE....that was awsome...I was at work and I started laughing out loud.

I wish I could come up things like that.

I would have gone even further.

"High school girls are where it's at! The younger the better!"

Etc. etc.

Don't let it get to you. It's nothing.
