We have a bad view off BB.com on here.

Not that there aren't some good articles, it is just it is hard to seperate the good from the bad.

We have a vault here with a "Where to Start" thread and a "Simple Starting Diet", both of which are excellent for beginners.

That article looks pretty decent though.

It seems that a lot of sites don't like BB.com too much. Interesting FAQ but the knowledge is very basic.

what an irony!

people ask advice on bodybuilding in a forum for seducing women to people without experience, and dont like a forum specialized in bodybuilding.

bodybuilding forum is great, checkout the stickies there.

lots of us here like plenty of sites that specialize in weight training and mass gaining, just not bodybuilding.com, b/c there's too much garbage posted alongside the good stuff.
