"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I know the pic's not the best (and I've gotta take more for you to get the full picture), but from what you can see how's this look?

Click for pic.

Been working since Feb 6.

BTW, I'm 5' 8", 140 @ 17 years old.

Thanks...

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

IMO you need to put on a bunch of weight. The pic really doesn't show anything but I can tell you that just by reading your stats. What weight did you start at?

However I know different people like different looks so I can tell you this, I'm 5'8 165 with 11% BF and I simply look athletic, not very bulky. I'm really looking for a Vin Diesel-type look which I think would be around 190. I may stop before that weight but that's a while away so I'll worry about it then...

Anyways seems like you're on the right track just moving slowly. Get your diet in check and if at all possible post up your stats I'll put my measurements (like bi's chest neck etc.) if you want.

I tell you I've been struggling to gain weight to no avail. I've literally been the same weight for 7 months straight. This is pathetic pretty much (a good way to describe it).
A few months before I actually started lifting I gained like 10-15lbs but that's that. And I've been stuck at the current weight.

I should probably be getting more supps/whey, etc.

You don't need more supplements. You need more food.

You've been stuck for 7 months? Have your lifts stayed the same or are you still increasing weight? In order to build muscle you need an abundance of food energy! SO EAT EAT EAT!!!

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Yeah, I've been stuck.
On some exercises I've been increasing the weight, on some I haven't. I mean, I'm seeing visual progress when it comes to muscle so I guess that means that I've been burning some fat and making some muscle so it's breaking even.

Possible but you still need to eat more anyway.

Progress on all of them. And put the bicep pics away; what do your quads look like?
