"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Good day but bad ending, is there still a chance?

Hey guys, so I have a question for all of you which I think might help me. So today I was with my boss who happens to be a very attractive woman. We teach tennis together and she is the manager/person in charge whereas I'm the number two. Anyway, we went out to lunch and it was pretty good, I was making her laugh and we were talking about stuff. During the day, I had this feeling, the feeling that we were really close in our personal spaces and I could have leaned over and kissed her if I felt up to it. I didn't and the moment passed, no big deal.

Anyway, she drove me back to my apartment and as we were arriving, I felt that feeling coming up again. Now, I'm sure that if I had the courage/balls/cahunas I could have leaned over to her as she dropped me off and kissed her, but I kinda just slowly left. I knew she kinda wanted the kiss but I didn't go for it. Is there still the option later or is there some kind of time limit where if I didn't kiss her when I had the chance then I no longer can. Also, what do girls usually think after the first kiss? Thanks in advance.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

You may want to try, if you haven't already, gradually escalating things first with by trying kino (brushing her hand, putting arms around her, touching, etc) before going in for the kiss. This will give you the opportunity to see how she reacts (ie if she reciprocates) and gives you a better idea of the situation instead of relying on your "feeling".

I say it's too soon for that. He needs to get her into a situation where it's not boss/employee. Hmmm, maybe the next time she drives him home he should thank her and offer her in and share a pizza delivery with him. They can get to know one another by talking about things other than work which would be a better indicator of her interest other than just 'feeling it' in a situation that doesn't support it.

Because you know each othe through your work you shouldn't go romantic unless you officially ask her out - she will be more receptive to your advances then, if she is interested!
