Oil of Oregano...contains a compound called cavracol that basically sucks the water out of the cell membranes and causes bacteria cells to implode.

Also it's much harder for them to become resistant to something effecting their cell membrane than it is an antibiotic.

Oil of Oregano has been proven to work well again HSV. There are no current studies against Gonorrhoea.

Seems to work better against some types of bacteria than others but has some form of action against most of the bad ones I think...

Might not be as effective as antibiotics once were but probably better than not using anything.

Certainly possible. OoO has very powerful anti-viral / anti-bacterial / anti-fungal properties.
