Going to purge social media for a month

I deleted tinder like a week ago and I noticed I started feeling better. This morning, I decided to delete snapchat because I was hooked on the app and it also made me feel like ass. After a day without it, I definitely feel better. I ran today and instead of thinking about revenge or how I'm going to be some Mr. Hotshot on snapchat, I thought about positive things. In addition, my back muscles are starting to feel better. I'm definitely never going to redownload snapchat ever again. For Facebook, I deactivated my account, but decided to just delete the bums from my friends list. I will most likely end up deactiviting my account though.

SoSuave is considered part of the manosphere. MGTOW grew from the manosphere and most of the MGTOW stuff is considered part of the manosphere as well. I am not sure what your impression of the manosphere is but I do not think you are properly classifying the "manosphere".

But yeah, social media has its pluses and minuses. The plus is that it can help expand your social circles at least to some degree, the minus is of course that social media is often filled with fakes and all the digital drama can be a bit of a drag. It sounds more like you became hooked on it and were just wasting time in it, valuable time that should be focused not on your digital life but on your real life... I know a lot of people nowadays that live more and care more about their digital life than they do about their real life. One's digital life should not be used as a replacement for your real life.

I hate whatever rok is and I wasn't too bad on Facebook but snapchat was the one that ate my time and conscience. Ever since I deleted that app, I've noticed a quite big contrast on my thoughts and behavior.

that is what some say not what really means, Mgtow is more a way to fix your life and not let anything else get in the way, also a way to get yourself on the right mind and even do things, when another person close would just hold you back, hell even if you are jaded enough you can do that and stop entretaining any kind of woman or relationship with then.

Regardless, deleting snapchat was an excellent decision made on my part. I will be seeing some friends in Minnesota, so I redownloaded Tinder for that. Haven't even opened it yet, but might have some luck up there lol.
