Do you think it's a reliable indicator for interest/no interest? as many girls will never initiate contact as it means chasing. Had some experience of girls reinitiating contact after one week while we usually say that radio silence for more than 3 days means it's over.

If they do re-innitiate contact there is the possibility they are wanting an ego boost, orbating, wanting attention, validation, already taken but stringing you along as an option and many other reasons.
I would normally apply the two strike rule. If they don't reply first time, try only once more.
The only reliable indicator of interest is if they show up on dates and make time for you. They could be calling and texting you 24/7, but if they come out with some BS each time you offer a date they most likely never will go on a date with you - this most commonly happens after the first date.

I think when a woman REALLY is interested in you, there is no need for you to play games and figure out whether she is interested or not by indirect methods. A woman who WANTS you will move mountains and make no mistakes about her intentions.
Do you really want to waste time and energy on a woman who you have to sit on the edge of a cliff to figure out if she is attracted to you by methods of NEXTING and then waiting?
Now don't misunderstand me - my current gf did the rejection thing on my during our 2nd date. I told her good luck in life and walked away just like that. She DID come back running to me after a few days going through emotional rollercoaster realizing what stupid thing she did and lost. After that episode she has never fooked with me again.
This is establishing your frame with women from the beginning.
You have to understand WHY you are going ghost in the first place. Is the woman totally ignoring you and not returning your call?
You should go GHOST without expectations of anything and start focusing your attention on other women.
