"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I got a waterworld first date with this Myers chick I've been pretty keen on for Monday. Now a pal of mine that works at the same store knows the girl. She is a "good girl", but still knows how to have clean fun, the way I like my girls.

According to my friend, she doesn't smoke, do drugs, nor drink and isn't into one night stands. She's very mature for her age(18) and now, with these types of "good girls" doesn't going in for a kiss to make my intentions clear on the first date generally a bad idea?

Thing is, I dunno wanna appear as we're just "going out as friends" I want her to know that I'd like to be more then friends but she is a "good girl" so I don't want to come on too strong..

Any ideas? All my previous girls were promiscuios girls that I boned first night. I think she's good relationship material from what I know so far. So how do I handle a first date with a sweet innocent girl?

It's a change of pace from all the methamphetamine smoking hoes I've dated around here and I like these girls with good morals!:)

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
A kiss is just a kiss. It doesn't make a girl think you want to hump her brains out in the parking lot on the first date. If you feel like it's the time, then go for it.

What ARE your "intentions," anyway? There's NOTHING wrong EVER with making your intentions known to a girl as long as you do it in a subtle, confident way. So on the date, initiate physical contact (touch her shoulder, arm around her waist, arm around her shoulder, playful "hitting", etc) and work up to where she feels comfortable with physical contact. Then if the time is right, kiss her. Just a casual kiss...doesn't have to be a full-on tongue make-out session.

Relax. ;)
