“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Personally, I enjoy the non-boot camp stories better. They usually seem more 'real world' and not as forced, and they are also more interesting.

Girls of different races are awesome...white chicks don't really do it for me unless they are really hot.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Day 2 Week 3

u from yorkshire GGTFBirds?
Yeh I am actually. I'm quite impressed you can tell that just by reading things i've wrote!

Personally, I enjoy the non-boot camp stories better. They usually seem more 'real world' and not as forced, and they are also more interesting.
Yeh thats the thing, people read these boards so i like to make them entertaining to read if i can, its mostly women related too so its interesting to see what people think and get feedback, even if its not to do with bootcamp.

Girls of different races are awesome...white chicks don't really do it for me unless they are really hot.
Think part of the attraction of Asian birds for me is that they seem to be that much more confident. Know thats making a generalisation and that its not true 100%, but i get a lot more Asian birds approaching me when i'm out and coming on to me (this bird last night did in fact, though i'd got the eye contact first and given her a smile) than i do white birds, and they tend to be great dancers too, i love grinding with them. I'm still half beating myself up for leaving the bird i was with last night, she was fvcking awesome!

hey GGTFB ...Im thinking alcohol aint a bad thing, If you can ONLY approach if your pissed then I could see it being a problem, but in real world stuff alcohol is the grease the loosens up the wheel
Yeh deffo. How much alcohol to have is an interesting question, IMO the ideal amount is enough to get you happy and a bit more confident but not more than that, for me thats about 2-3 Stellas and maybe a aftershock or 2 as well. Think the guys who need to get absolutely hammered before going on the pull are the ones who haven't got the balls to do it without. Doing this pulling comp virtually sober was fvcking nerve racking for me, had been giving out loads of banter beforehand thoug about how i was gonna whoop this girl's a$$ at it, so i made myself do it, i'd have looked a right wu$$e if i'd bottled it. Was actually a really good exercise for getting over thefear of rejection too - approaching the number of girls that i did to try get the tallies meant i got blown off an awful lot, by the end it didn't bother me that much.

In terms of bootcamp today, nothing to say really. I'm home from univrsity for the weekend - my dad gave me lift home first thing this morning and since then just been round the house all day pretty much. Live in a very quiet area back home, so unless i was gonna go out into town, there's no point going out to try do bootcamp, simply cos there'd be no birds about. Only home for weekend though so should be back on the game fairly soon.
More tomorrow!

Classy.
I love that sort of night! - probably best one i can think of was in my first year of uni, our halls of residence block was directly opposite another, so that when the curtains were open you could see clearly into the rooms in the other block.
I sh@gged this bird one night, we were both pissed and she was dirty as fvck anyway, when we got back to my room, she was like 'oh wow this is amazing lets leave the curtains open'. I sh@gged her with a load of lads watching from the block opposite, don't reckon they could see the real action but they'd certainly have been able to see her bouncing round naked on my bed! Next morning, i was like fvck did i really do that?!

Didn't do any bootcamp today, had no opportunities to being at home, was playing tennis in the morning (I play for a team in a local league when i'm home from uni), never gonna be any birds there, then was at home sorting out a load of job applications all afternoon and evening.
Back at uni tomorrow, gonna count tomorrow as day 2 of week 3 of bootcamp, not gonna count this weekend since there was no possibility of meeting any birds.
Feeling enthusiastic about bootcamp though and keen to get back on with it - i've just printed out the week 3 reading list to have a browse through before i go to sleep - I feel well up for absolutely going on the rampage this coming week at uni!

Day 2 Week 3

Yo
Had a read through the week 3 reading material last night after i posted. I didn't find it particularly useful, though i think thats because i'm quite self-motivated at the moment anyway and don't really need motivating any further.
There was one idea i did get out of it though, it was in the first article on getting girls in bars and clubs - it was to give the girl a wave after EC and a smile before you go over. I've only ever used EC and smile before approaching in these situations, but i think a wave on top of thats a good idea, would get the girl's IL up even higher. Will be something i'll try next time i'm out.
My bootcamp today was a bit limited again cos i didn't get the train back to university till late this evening and was sorting stuff out at home all day before that. Did get on convo done though, was after i got of my last train and was tring to find the right bus-stop, asked this girl (6.5) for directions, she was like 'i'm going that way, i'll walk there with you'. Convo was about 5 minutes, first about directions, then about the city in general, then about where she lived and the job she did, all pretty much normal chit-chat, nothing special. In terms of whether i'd have considered dating her, i didn't particularly fancy her but i probably wouldn't have said no if she'd asked me, (if only for the possibility of a fvck!), so i'm giving myself a point.
Puts me on 2 for 2 days so far (as I said yesterday, I'm counting this as day 2 as the weekend was a complete non-starter for botcamp).
Hopefully a lot more tomorrow!

Wow -- lots going on!

Tought me a lesson though that theres nothing wrong with a really basic opener - plenty of times i've been in that kind of situation before and not talked to the girl simply because i couldn't think of anything clever to say to start a conversation.
Yup. That's been a big hang-up for me as well. Mike Pilinski's stuff really opened my eyes to that -- the fact that you can talk about the bloody weather to a gal who's hot enough for you, and she'll do her best to keep the convo up.

Geez, GGFB, you've had a lot of opportunities. Just gotta get better with closing 'em, and you'll be all set. You did get that asian HB's contact info, did you?

It looks like you're really out of bootcamp level, and have to start closing some of these birds. Then you can write us with stories of bigger and better "problems," such as tests and **** like that.

Yep, I agree with that....you can chat all day but it aint worth much unless you make the sale! or in this case get the number..."be brave my apprentice, be brave." (lyric from a song by the streets).

Yeh agreed. Just gonna take the plunge and go for it next time i'm in the situation, reckon it'll feel much easier after the first time.
Regarding the Asian HB, no i didn't, simply because i expected i'd bump into her again that night. I wanna stop thinking about that bird now, i kick myself hard everytime i do!!
Kind of on the subject, i got a text from the bird i pulled Thursday night (I'd given her my number and she said she'd give a missed call after we'd left the club to give me her number since there was no reception inside) yesterday. Didn't get it till today though, cos my phone battery had gone. Was just like a 'hey how you doing?' text, i texted back this evening and asked her couple of questions (What you up to? You still round uni this week?). This was a few hours ago, kind of miffed that she's not responded, given that she chose to contact me. Oh well, not gonna send another one, would just look desperate.

Yeh man thats what i wanna be doing. i wouldn't say i'm out of bootcamp level though, i do still choke on approaching some birds, i just don't usually mention them in my posts.
Like today, i had a poor day today bootcamp wise, didn't get any convos done. Partly because of less opportunities than normal, unis actually broken up now so theres loads less people about, i'm just staying a while getting work out the way. Having said that though, i can't say there weren't any opportunities for me e.g. walking through cafe area today, saw this bird sitting by herself eating lunch and doing some work at same time, considered going over, but didn't in the end.
Maybe i need to start trying to take advantage of these kind of more difficult opportunities rather than just sticking with approaches that don't push me a million miles outside my comfort zone.
What you guys think about this?
Still on 2 convos for 3 days.

Day 4 Week 3

ARRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!
This is frustrating me!
Got fvck all done again today!
Think suffering from a lack of opportunities this week i think, more than a lack of balls. Don't know if its just me being negative but the only chances i've had to chat to birds last couple of days seem to have been just the kind of very difficult 'half-chance' i mentioned yesterday. Doesn't help that i'm studying in the library most the day, and that theres very few people about on campus anyway cos term's finished.
Oh well.
Think i might be repeating week 3 next week- on 2 convos for 4 days at the mo!

Yeh thats a good idea. I work part time in a club when i'm home from uni, so that works well for me in terms of meeting birds.

Day 5 Week 3

Who dares wins
Yeh mate, i like that phrase, its a good one for saying to yourself when you're hesitating on approaching a bird.

For bootcamp today, i decided that if i was going to get anywhere with so few opportunities in my day-to-day routine at the moment, i'd have to go out of my way to give myself a chance. So i went into the university bookshop, started flicking through this book, was in there about 20 minutes before any half-decent bird came in. Was about 7, def no more than that though, waited till she was fairly near me, then struck up a convo. Went fairly well, started talking about the books for a while, then more general stuff 'so, you a student here?' that sort of thing. Didn't number close, i know i should have really for the practise, didn't feel i had that much rapport though.
Bookshop seems a fairly good one for approaching, will try to have another crack there tomorrow, though i'm fairly busy with work at the moment.
Don't think i'm gonna be able to complete week 3 this time, i'm on 3 convos for 5 days at the moment, am gonna aim for 5 now, keep myself in form, then have another crack at week 3 next week, when i should have more time to devote to it.
Laters!

The only exception...

The only exception to # closing is if you're absolutely certain you'll run into the gal soon: if she's a regular at a club you go to, someone in your class, or something like that and her IL is not that high. In other words, a "handyman special," of sorts who you need to work on a bit to up her IL.

That's it. If you're not sure you'll meet her and/or her IL is sky high, get the contact info.

Yep, fair dos, i did say everyone was welcome to have a go if i choked on the number again!

Getting over this barrier of going for the number has been at the forefront of my mind these last couple of days. I'm pleased to say though that i've got over the barrier for the first time today - was walking past this noticeboard at university today, there was this bird (HB8) standing looking at something on the board, i went up, pretended to study something on the board myself for a few seconds, then asked her a question about something on the board. Turned out she left the university last year, was back visiting for the weekend, its some reunion thing this weekend. Anyway, chatted to her for a few minutes first about the reunion thing, where she was going tonight, that sort of thing, she asked me a few questions too. She was friendly but didn't seem to get my sense of humour that much, still detected decent IL though and was hearing everyone on this board going 'get the fvcking number!' so when i left, i was like, 'anyway i gotta go, can i take your number by the way?' (yep i asked not demanded, go on, slate me!). She seemed a bit unsure, she was like 'um i don't know, i've only just met you, it seems a bit weird...' , i weren't pressuring though, i was like 'ok fair dos no problem, i'll see you about, yeh?'. In any case, even though she was fit, i was more determined to ask for the number more than get the number, if you see what i mean, just cos i wanted to get over the fear.
Felt good after i'd done it, like i'd made a personal breakthrough, similar to when i went out clubbing about 3 months ago and for the first time found the balls to go approaching birds.
In terms of why i didn't actually get the number, think its maybe more difficult here in the UK with cold approaches, its not so much the done thing, birds don't wanna give out their number so readily to some random guy whos chatted to them in the street or wherever.
Also, with cold approaches, i reckon if you come across as being really confident doing them, you can come across as being a complete player. Not that thats a bad thing but you don't always want the bird knowing that.
Anyway, thats just an afterthought really, just pleased to have broken down the barrier.
I've not done enough approaches though to complete week 3 bootcamp though, as i said before, wasn't expecting to, getting back on day 1 tomorrow!

Day 1 Week 3 (repeat)

Yeh cheers guys for the support. It gave me a good feeling having the balls to go for the number for the first time yesterday and i'm determined to keep going for them now that i've proved to myself that i can do it.
In spite of that though, nothing doing in terms of bootcamp today, uni campus was almost literally dead today and i've been working most the day. Only half-chance i had was when i was in the uni bar watching a footie match on the big screen. There were 2 fit birds sitting on one of the sofas chatting away, was no real reason not to approach and was thinking about it but, fvck, thats a tough one! - out of interest, any you guys reckon you'd have the balls to approach (when sober) in this situation? If so, what would you say/do? Its kind of situation i come across a fair bit but i'm never sure how to tackle it, 2 birds is 10 times as nerve racking as 1.
Anyway, I'm off home for xmas break tomorrow though, and i should have loads of free time for the rest of the week to be able to devote to bootcamp. On every day that i'm not working in the club, i'll head into town and get round the shops, so that each day, i'll give myself the opportunities to talk to birds and get the bootcamp tallies done for week 3.
More tomorrow!
