Days 1 & 2, Weeks 1 $ 2 (see my last post for explanation!)
Hey guys,
I didn't post last night as i went out clubbing and didn't have time before i left.
For the last couple of days, been following the idea i mentioned in my last post- doing week 2 while at the same time repeating week 1- and its been working a treat, my confidence is up again, which it wasn't really when i was just doing week 2.
Yesterday, did 6 hi's, all to birds and no convos, really cos of lack of situations. Soon as i started doing the hi's again though, my confidence returned, i was walking round with my head up again.
Went out clubbing in the evening. As I've mentioned before, I'm not counting convos from when i'm out drinking, if i was, i'd probably have finished week 2 last night.
Started early as i went to my mate's work party, where there was a load of free booze, and some of the fittest birds in the uni. I've got a few mates who do that job, so no-one really minded me gatecrashing. By the time we got to the club, i was pretty hammered, so all memories are fairly hazy. I know that i didn't get in the club till about half 12 and spent ages chatting to mates n stuff so didn't get in the game till quite late. Due to my drunkenness, my game probably wasn't the best. For example, i remember i chatted up this absolute stunner in the last 15 minutes or so. Got on the dance floor with her for the last couple of songs. I remember she had both hands on my waist, yet for some reason i cannot explain, i kept chatting to her all through the last 2 songs rather than dancing with her and going for the kiss. Doh!!!!!!!!
Then at the end, i got in a taxi home with a mate who was travelling same way as me, and 3 birds from his halls of residence. I was sitting in the back with this one bird (HB8-9 at a guess) and was chatting her up. When we were nearly home, i noticed that she had her legs entwined with mine and her arm round my shoulder. I remember thinking 'thats quite cool' but again i didn't act on it! Doh!!!! Alcohols a b@stard!
Anyway, that was another sidetrack unrelated to my bootcamp. Apologies to anyone who's just read it, but didn't want to.
Today, after attending my morning classes, I went back to bed for most the afternoon, waiting for my hangover to disappear. After that i went to get a bus. The bus was like half an hour late, which was good in a way cos it meant that i got 3 convos done First one was with this lad standing next to me in bus shelter. Got talking to him, unfortunately he was a bit of a gimp. He was nice enough, but like your typical 'pub bore', kept on rabbiting on and on for ages about gimpy things. He was quite effeminate as well as seemed to like me, i think he got the wrong idea from the fact that i started a conversation with him.
After him, i got talking to an older woman waiting for a bus, turned out to be kinda useful as she recommended a really good place for Xmas shopping, which i didn't know about. After she'd got on a different bus, i got chatting to this cute Asian chick (HB8). This was a much better convo altogether, got plenty of rapport and she was flirting with me. She came and sat on the bench right next to me so her leg was brushing up against mine, even though there was loads of room. At this point, i was telling myself 'I gotta get this birds number before she goes'. Unfortunately, at this point, the gimp came up again (he'd been talking to a gimpy friend in the meantime) and kinda joined in the convo, which completely ruined any chance i had with the Asian bird. To$$er.
The Asian bird got on the bus before me with a big smile and 'see you later' while i was left to endure the gimp, who got on the same bus as me and came and sat with me, even though there was plenty of room. Maybe i should have told him to pi$$ off, just didn't want to be that rude.
Anyway, got 3 convos done out my 10, plus another 3 Hi's today- not that important, as i can do them anytime i want.
Anyway, more tomorrow.
P.S. if the gimp reads this by any chance, i apologise for being a bit harsh in what i've just wrote. I'm not gay though, so go and find someone else.
