“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm heading to the health store tomorrow, and was wondering if it's worth picking up a tub. I buy Whey isolate, and I've heard some hype about glutamine from various places, I was wondering if it's worth dropping $30(canadian) on a tub of it.

Thanks

how much in the tub?

glutamine is a good supplement but get it in bulk so you can take a high dose every day. I'd go with 10-15g minimum to start with, then double it as your training gets heavier

It's not a must-have however, and smaller doses are wasteful in my opinion

WBA, how much is considered 'smaller doses'?

I take 15g on non-workout days, and 20g on workout days (3x/week). Im about 190lbs, been working out for 6 months using 5x5 style.

Would you recommend more?

Quiksilver, I think glutamine has helped me, recovery time has shortened since I started (though it did coincide with higher protein intake, so the jury is still out). Krealkalyn pills have done much more for me though - much more energy per workout, big initial gains.

Where are you buying it? Im in Toronto as well, I get 1.6kg at GNC for about 60$ cdn. 30$ sounds like a great deal.

Bro you took 10-15 mg when you started? I take very little doses, the guy i bought it from said if you take a lot "12-20mg" you get diarria lol.

i dont know about the guy though, he didnt seem to know much about health and fitness, he juss gave a story about his nephew who took that many mg and got diarria.

But from your experience you didnt get any diarria?

I had a friend say a lot of good things about krealkalyn pills, especially about his initial gains, the only con he told me about is how fast your gains and muscles drain when you dont take it.

I'm talking grams here guys, not milligrams (mg)

I'd say go with 10-20g a day depending on your size, if you notice a difference keep it, otherwise up the dose.

it's useful for guys susceptible to catching colds as it boosts the immune system (which is more vulnerable when you're training hard anyway)

A lot of proteins these days have glutamine mixed in so check you whey if its already got it. Theres not much evidence to support that taking excessive amounts helps anymore and really if it's in your protein then you don't need to sumpliment extra.
