I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Maybe I'm an exception to the rule, but I get quite a few.Rollo Tomassi said:How often have you received a compliment from any woman?

I got a similar "complment" tonight. Was pass a group of teenagers (about 3 girls and 5 boys (probably AFCs) ) and a little blondy loudmouth shouted "hey" at me as myself and my cousin approached. I looked at her smiled and said "helloooo" and she shouted out "sexy" to me. She was with her boyfriend and it was like she was the boss.DavenJuan said:lol nice..
its funny this thread was started today. i went to the bank today, and a girl in line says to me " i want to have your baby!"
now that i think about it. thats not so much a compliment than it is frightening.![]()

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
Frequently as a matter of fact . And if their giving me a compliment carries with it some expectation on their part, then I am fine with that. It is then my choice to play or not. Giving compliments is not some dark art which carries an undeclared burden.Rollo Tomassi said:How often have you received a compliment from any woman?
Haha they love it when I do that!romangod said:Wow! That is an interesting compliment although it must be painful for her. Cheers!

I get compliments frequently (on my dancing, style, energy or sense of humour). However, very few are special enough to impress me. Vice versa, I think women have the same problem. They get lots of compliments from guys but most are not that well thought out, despite the good (up to debate of courseRollo Tomassi said:How often have you received a compliment from any woman?
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Completely spot on!Jitterbug said:I get compliments frequently (on my dancing, style, energy or sense of humour). However, very few are special enough to impress me. I can see your point there but is it not best to compliment her to let her know she had to impress you.ketostix said:I'm with Rollo on this one. Women rarely compliment and often times they withold compliments when they really are interested. I think holding off on complimenting a girl is one of the most powerful tools in the arsenal. I honestly can't remember complimenting any of the girls I closed but I remember complimenting many that I didn't close.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
