"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Long story short late Friday night she started up some ****. I help my ground and basically said there's the door and she took it. She contacted me today and I kept my responses short. Three times she asked what's wrong and then convinced herself I was mad even though I said every time I wasn't. When I didn't agree to go with her tonight to her friends party she then text me a pic of this tight ass short as **** dress asking me if its 'too short' and which I said no its perfect. Me not reacting as she wishes continued to assure me guys that adore her would be there and be giving her attention, but if I were there shed be all over me. Again, I stated I didn't want to go. A few more guilt trips then she fired this at me

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

some will say she was sh!t testing you and while Im sure thats at least partly true she is obviously a bit of an attention wh0re and someone who will openly try to mae you jealous. you are 31 how old is she? if she is around the same age, she really should be too old for this kind of cr@p.
personally I couldnt put up with that sh1t, got no time for it, seems to me it will only get worse. I think you have done the right thing in standing your own ground.
posted that before I saw the texts. I stand by what I wrote

She's 30 and I agree with that statement. I'm pretty good with not showing how much it does actually irritate and piss me off. She was definitely trying through out the entire day but I just kept my responses short and unemotional. The last two texts crack me up. It's about 40 min after the 'I think we should be friends' crap. It wasn't an accident. I haven't responded since any of those and she's posted **** in FB that she's now staying the night at a hotel there. Haha keep digging!

I've know her for a few months now and it started out friendly. I actually didnt want to jump in her pants right off for other reasons. It turned into something fun but I realize now her little games are starting to affect me too much. Time to bail!

I just saw your edit and thanks for the response.

You're 48; do the games stop?! I swear its harder now than when I was 21. Christ!!
