Okay so forgive me if anyone has already said this because I only read the first few replies:
Don't let your kids play too much video games. It causes ADHD in the future. Trust me, I would know (and no one better ****ing ask how I know. You don't need scientific evidence to back up how every little detail about life, I mean non of the stuff here on SoSuave is scientifically proven). Instead, let them go outside and play, discover the world on their own. Let them learn through experience, let them experience everything, but keep a watchful eye on them so that when they REALLY need help with something, you can see if they can overcome the obstacle or you can help them if they might get harmed in the outcome. Also, don't just give them knowledge about how cruel the world is or tell them what you know. They won't fully understand it unless they see it on the news. Try and get them to be social too. You should put them in sports and activities, BUT YOU DO NOT FORCE THEM TO IF THEY DON'T WANT TO!!!!! Why? Because when they get older, they will not want to do it and thus leading them to want them to play video games too much and not be social and not have as many friends and then running into the same problems as you when it comes to their social life as you did. And then they will get hurt emotionally and you don't want that because then they will come on here and learn how life really is and they won't be as happy with life as they could have been if they had been more social which could have kept them innocent in the situation yet naturally having great social skills.
Get them exercising at a young age. It gets them to be more naturally athletic when they are older. Have them run around on the grass outside like midget maniacs because you play the big bad monster and they want to run away so that you don't 'take their nose away' or something like that. You know, just use your imagination. They will love it and so will you. Have them eat healthy ALL the time. Don't give them any sweets at their baby stage because that can affect their health and strength + endurance as teens. Always make your sons specifically want to be tough and strong. How? You start from a young age saying that men are tough and strong, that they don't care what other think of them and that they can can carry anything. And tell them that they are men and that they need to be tough and strong. And say it with a confident smile because then they will want to make you proud and try and be tough and strong.
Don't always give them what they want either. You have to treat them almost like women; reward them with good behavior like love and affection, punish them with bad behavior by making them feel guilty (and NOT by taking away love and affection, UNLESS they do something horrid).
Also, try to keep the family together. Stay alpha but keep the family together and keep trying to have fun with your wife too. Not only that but keep trying to have more diverse 'fun' too and not the same old boring thing all the time, I mean use your imagination to 'spice' things up a bit

. That'll keep her in line.
And one last thing: look at how you were raised, try to remember things that really stuck out to you as a kid. Try to delve into your earliest memories. Now look and see what your parents did right and what they did wrong, try and remember how you felt in each situation. Try to mimic the good of what your parents did and try and see what they should have done when they were wrong.
That's why I said so much bunched up gibberish above because I was remembering everything that happened to me when I was younger and it was such an overflow of what my parents should have done vs. what they did and I just tried to tell you it as fast as possible. This probably doesn't even make sense either. I'll stop.
