"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I go through these cycles where I don't get noticed at all by women, then all of a sudden, 3 or 4 times a week, a girl will smile at me as I glance or look at her as I'm going by her... does anyone act on this and do you think it's IOI? It's weird how I go through these cycles, and this will probably last a month or so.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I go through those cycles too. I'll have spells where I just can't get a number close, or a friendly smile from a gal no matter what I do, how relaxed I am, etc. Then, I'll have periods where, for no reason, smiles, conversations started by women around me, etc..

I know people here will try to explain it, saying that I was previously trying too hard, then I just did not care and the lack of response on my part generated their attraction, etc. It'd be nice to have a webcam, and get your opinions.

However, IMO, it's not this. During the dry spells, I'll think back on the day when I had women around, and was just into my thing, or was otherwise aloof; nada, nothing. Being who I am, I'm well versed in statistics, and it's largely a consequence of the numbers. If you walk up to a slot machine, and play for a long time, expect periods where you win no matter what, then expect periods where the machine just eats your money heartlessly. This may be the same deal.

So.. in part, I'm saying to not get discouraged. The down cycles may be because of things external to you. You may be the best looking and most charming guy they've seen in a while. However, you could be getting a group of lesbians followed by a group of happily married's, followed by a group of men haters...:cuss: Then, you may run into a spell of women who've grown and reflected that they really need to be more available to decent men, women that are surrounded by many HBs and have not seen many attractive men, Valentines day or another holiday is coming up, etc.. :woo:

Whatever.. I do my best to measure my success by what I control, my skills, making the approaches, improving, etc. I claim no responsibility for a woman's choices.

I agree. It's just one of those things that happens. A lot of people on this site try to over analyze everything.

Dude, get into the habit of saying "hello" to a woman whenever you make eye contact with her.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've noticed these "monthly" cycles as well... these "periods" when things just seem so much better...

Maybe its got something to do with astrology.

Or maybe I've been taking too much chick crack. :cheer:

WRONG. it has to do with your FEAR affecting your inner game.

Friend, you gotta step up and take action when you can make yourself comfortable with yourself.

these "cycles" that you have are not coming from external sources, they are coming from YOU.

produce an aura of confidence and control, and you will notice more smiles.
