"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ok, I'll be brief.
This girl I've known for a while, afternoon lessons, i had sent her a valentines card and have always been nice to her, but havent been totally AFC by saying "oh i want your babies plz :(" at any time, anyway, we finished our last lesson a while ago, she sent me a message she misses me, so i called her up, had a nice chat, signals were good, her little sister likes me too (she's 8, the one im interested in is 16 :p). Next day, she calls me up, "for her sister", like if im single, available and stuff, i handled that totally cool. Also she asked me if anything happened between me and this other girl i had told her like 6 months earlier I liked, nothing did and I told her so in not so many words, no worries there. Her signals were good, made her laugh, it was all good.

Next day, I sent her a message, see whats up, if she was home to call her, no answer.. Previous day, though, I had sent her a message about a test she had, but she said she couldnt reply at the time and just called me later (read above). She hasn't replied yet, and I might have made a mistake by sending her one just earlier now (2 days after when she hasnt replied, thats saturday sunday, this is monday). Whats up with this :( I can figure she likes me, but I dont know whats going on.
Any advice?
I won't message her again until she does, i guess, but anyone can tell me a good technique here?

Sorry If I dont make much sense

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

You've blown your chances in your AFC days. Wtf is the "babies" comment? I'm suprised she even wants to talk to you.

It isn't too late to turn to corner with other girls tho. Read the Bible, back to front, several times. Now. Do not post again until you have.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Guys, I meant I like her a fair amount, but I wasn't AFC at all, and I DIDN'T say anything like 'omg i want your babies" :p, that was just metaphorical!
rofl that would just be too embarassing to live with!

I just said that thing as a joke, guys, cmon, I'm not that stupid :p

-----

ANYWAY! The whole point of the post is that we're on good terms, spoken on the phone recently a couple of times, but now suddenly she hasnt answered a couple of messages and I don't know what to do.
Reread the post from 'Next day' i guess ;p

I was pretty tired when i first posted it seems ;p sorry

Bro, if she likes you enough to randomly call and ask if ur single and say she misses you... msging her a few times isnt gonna ruin it. Just call her up and invite her out, quite beeting around the bush.

Why do people reply to others questions with random bullsht?

The purpose of this forum is to help people not fvcking laugh at them.

Gravstar - Hope you buffed your ego a little bashing on a guy looking for help, perhaps you could take that sage like observation and stamp it on your forehead where is truly belongs.

aftershock - Girls don't tell you they miss you, and call you to check up on your past relationships, if you're single, and all the interest signs of "ask me out please!" if you've blown it.

VIVAlasVEGASBaby - Were you looking in the mirror when you posted that?

MrS - Just like tony said...grab your balls, call her up tomorrow, and ask her out.

Ouch that really hurt:rolleyes:
i had sent her a valentines card and have always been nice to her
saying "oh i want your babies plz "
her little sister likes me too (she's 8, the one im interested in is 16 :p)
I guess im the only one who thinks this thread is a joke, but im glad you feel cool for being so mature Qmanchoo.

To the original poster-
stop worrying about whether or not she likes you. Ask her to hang out and by her response you'll find out "if she likes you"

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Maybe it was a little too soon, texting the day after and all.
But just ask her out and find out for yourself.

You seem sure you haven't been AFC just because you didn't say you wanted her babies? It takes a lot less than that to be an AFC.

lol no i truly did think this thread was a joke. I read through it quickly and i saw the quotes posted above and i seriously thought u were joking. No offense meant, i wasn't trying to be a sarcastic a**hole.

Next day, she calls me up, "for her sister", like if im single, available and stuff, i handled that totally cool. Also she asked me if anything happened between me and this other girl i had told her like 6 months earlier I liked, nothing did and I told her so in not so many words, no worries there. Don't worry about it! You're in. Give her a call, set up a date and see where it goes from there. Keep us posted.
dont bother replying to this thread again
