"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Hey guys, this works for me...

When in a club, pretty soon after meeting a girl, say this:

"I'm not on the pull tonight, I just want a night out with my buddies."

I am in the UK so if some of this doesn't make sense or is slang then let me know. I will translate!

Sometimes I tack on, "I am not into all that chatting up girls rubbish." Then Game her.

The reason it works is it straight away tells her that you are not there to chat her up or meet girls. i.e. she has no power over you, you are not there to chat her up, her guard goes down, she can talk to you as though you are free of ulterior motive. Then, as things progress, you nail her!

Try it! I did this recently on a girl and she had her arm around me with 15 mins. :)

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I did invent that method. If someone else used it or invented it, it does not mean I did not invent it. And if Mystery uses something similar, good for him. He has found out it works too, just as I have.

It's a different take on it. Different words. My words may work better than his for some people.

Mystery does NOT have a monopoly on ideas. You are stuck in the "I worship the guru" rut. Get out of it and see the world as it is.

I don't think anybody feels their intelligence is being insulted by a discovery I made for myself. Rather, I think people appreciate contributions of what has worked for them in the real world.

I welcome variations of phraseology on what I use. It really does work and it shows there is value in using a canned, set approach.

Quite often, I am fearful of approaching someone because I worry about not having anything to say to them when I get there. With something prepared, I feel it would help overcome this obstacle.

Also, I think my game is not solid enough. I learned this from Mystery. I tend to want to skip steps and go straight for the snog. But if I go through a more patient process, maybe the attraction would be more enduring. Mystery seems to think so and he probably has more experience than all of us!

I need to develop more stuff like this. When I came across that phraseology, it seemed to work great. So I tried it again. And it worked again. I could sense that it had good effect.

However, I need a whole toolbox of stuff, not just the occasional line here and there. I will get some of this stuff memorised.

I'm reading The Game at the moment and I'm getting some good pointers in there. I also like the fact that Style doesn't look like a stud, so personality counts sufficiently.

By the way, how old is Style?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Thanks for the links bud.

I am in Brighton, bit of a party town here. Loads of students but I find it much more tricky to pull below 25's. Anyone my own age (40) is easy, but I generally don't fancy them. Good age range for me is about 24 to 32. They are still in good condition then.

If only I was 20 again and with this knowledge. I envy you!

It is funny but only since I came to Brighton (3 years ago) have I started going out on the pull. Met a guy aged 27 who is full of energy and devoid of fear. He approaches girls left, right and centre. Also another buddy of mine does the same but he has now met his soul mate. Another friend of mine does none of this and our nights out are very tame indeed.

So, by improving my Game I hope to attract better and therefore to attract a younger girl that I would normally struggle with.
