Girls go after guys who are like their dad

I have now confirmed from persona observations and other different studies than this is true, but it goes so deep you can say they even go after guys who look like their dad physically and with face features, too. What do you guys think about this?

There have been 2 or 3 occasions when my current girlfriend told me something I didn't want to hear. She later confessed that during those times (when I struggle to control my emotions) I remind her of her dad. I figure if during our low points I make her think of him, that's not a bad thing.

With all else equal i'd imagine that having resemblances of her father would give one an edge.

Not true. Women are attracted to the same male strength qualities.

They may recreate their parents relationship subconsciously, but they don't "seek out" a man like their father.
