"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Girls get cold if you don't take action?

Lets you say you attract someone, and yet you do not procede to ask her out because you are not really interest.

So, the girl tries to get your attention but you resist.

Then, she grows cold...and THEN when you ask her out she doesn't seem to be excisted or interested.

Shouldn't girls get even MORE interested if you don't act interested?

Lets take this particular case. I meet a girl, she asks my name and immediately says "Will you go with me...somewhere?" and I never had a reaction like that so I kind of ignroe that comment.

Now, a few weeks later she dresses up and does her hair so well and spikes interest in me. Everyone comments on her hair and etc, EXCEPT for me. I pretend I didn't notice it.

Now, I asked her out today and she said "OK" but she just wasn't excited about it...at all.

Another thing is that:
1. You shouldn't WAIT EVER UNTIL THE END to ask a girl out or ask for her number IF she conversation is going good. Meaning, you have to catch the moment of a good conversation and ask THEN. It doesn't have to be in the end when you part!

2. Ask a girl out upon first meeting her because it feels more awkward later AND unless you do ask them right there right then - they LOSE interest contrary to what people say that it only makes them want you more. It DOESN'T if they are alerady actrated to you.

3. I think the whole disinterest is needed ONLY to attract. If you attracted her already, disinterest will only make her cold.

4. Girls love smiles and sweetness. They are so much more responsive and willing to go out when you say "I really like talking to you, lets hang out sometime *smile*" rather than a cold "lets hang out sometime"

5. You can tell when its OK to do what a girl wants. Lets say she invites you over somewhere and you say "No, I have plans. Let change the date" and then she can't come and in the end you do not go anywhere. Once again, saying "No, I have plans" can help in attracting a lady but also disappoint and make her lose interest if she is ALREADY attracted.

Anyone agree?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You were playing hard to get and then you just throw that out the window, that can cause lost of attraction if you're already playing hard to get you need to keep it all the way to the point where you have sex and even when the sex comes it should feel like she worked for it. You just asked her out which through everything you was doing before out the window.

Er...if I wouldn't ask her out or wouldn't do anything - she wouldn't call either.

I mean, if you act hard to get and never let it have her way - NOTHING will happen. How do you end up hanging out then? YEARS? Playing hard to get is an excuse not to get it anywhere at all and just next the girl.

Its been like 2 months ago ever since she asked me out herself and I didn't respond. She didn't do anything ever since then until I asked her out.

I mean, you expect a girl to jump on you in class and have sex? If she asks out again, then do you say YES?

Besides, you are supposed to set a date yourself and that means asking out.

These things go against several sarging rules including:

  • Not acting too interested
  • Not waiting several days to ask her out
  • Noticing that she is already interested in you and forgoing attraction rules

Not usually, she tried to get your attention, and nothing came of it, so she kinda gave up. Then when you did ask her out.. she's not excited because the iron got cold.

No brainer really, you waited too long...so it's probably a good idea to start re-building attraction NOW.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Everywhere you want to be.... I'm like a Visa card
People take "being a challenge" and turn it into "being impossible". You weren't playing hard to get, you were just being an ass and totally blowing off her attempts to communicate with you and further your interactions.

And I swear I made this same post on a thread just a few days ago... apparently people don't search or read around before they make threads...

Of course she's going to get cold, man. What if someone told you they'd give you fifty bucks? You'd be happy right? Let's say that you tried to collect and then they told you to fvck off? You'd be cold to them, right? Of course.

You offered this girl something, then told her to get lost. Why would she possibly stick around for more teasing?

Playing hard to get is for building attraction.

When attraction is already there. Skip building attraction and go to ask number.

There are some steps that you can avoid if there is already certain things there.

Case Example 1:

I walk a girl named "Rebecca" to the playground (got lost on the way to the supermarket), but I already had a girlfriend. She was a good six with a level ten personality. I could not do anything so i let the iron get cold. I lost her after doing this again because I never made that move because of my relationship already.

Case Example 2:
I just broke up with my girlfriend and I was looking to go find a new girl. I already knew that my swing dancing partner was available. She wanted to go out with someone and that person was me. I call her up and we hang out. The iron is still hot (so to speak). I leaned over and grabbed her shoulder and made my move. I started to make-out. So I am now seeing her.

Notice the two case studies, when the iron is hot I did two dfferent reactions and got two different results entirely.

In the first one, I lost her completely. We talk cordially, but she won't hang out anymore. The second, I struck while the iron was hot and won her over. There is a big difference between the two.

I have a rule that I follow. If a girl is interested in you, after two dates alone and you don't make a move, than she will leave.

TAKE ACTION AND SEIZE THE MOMENT!!!
