Girls and horses

So.. does anybody have a rough idea of how popular equestrian sports are overall?

I always thought it was a fairly niche hobby for people that don't live in the country (I live in a smallish city, about 500k people in the area). But for some reason it seems 9/10 of the girls I have met recently are all fairly serious horse riders, and no, I am not trying to pick up at a barn.

Is this just a statistical anomaly and I'm going through a weird batch, or did I greatly underestimate how popular this hobby/sport is?

I don't think it has a big impact on the girls overall so it's not a big deal, though I would probably benefit a bit if I had some experience with horses, as it is I've only been one twice in my life.

Anyone have similar observations or thoughts/tips for macking horse chicks? (Aside from my horse **** which I'm pretty sure is a big plus, haha j/k.)

Just ask them about it and watch them get girly and cutesy. Then watch yourself get bored because you don't care about horses and it's gross the way that they stick their bare hands into the horse's nose and ass and genitals to clean it.
