“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

alright,

recently in the last three days, my girlfriend has been having jerky movements like bucking whenever she lays down for awhile.

At first, I heard that if your muscles are stressed out for a bit that you could spasm. It happens to some people but after three days of this I'm getting worried.

Does anyone know anything that might cause this? Bad diet perhaps?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Don't worry about it, I've had those sort of spasms for as long as I can remember and I haven't had any ill effects - well apart from getting a slap from the missus when I jolt her out of her sleep. Get her to try a magnesium supplement if you're getting annoyed with it, it helps relax the muscles.

she might be lacking electrolytes. but she probably needs to be more active. if she sits alot it's understandable. our muslces are made to do work and if you don't work them enough, energy is built up inside, and it has to be released somehow. at least that's what I think. Im no doctor

often times, if i'm thinking about a physical activity when i'm falling asleep, i'll dream it briefly and my muscles will inadvertantly move in that fashion.

i remember a long time ago, i fell asleep on the couch, had a dream about cutting hedges with shears, and made a scissor movement with my hands, waking myself in the process.

just recently i had a dream right after falling asleep that i kicked a guy in the face. i kicked during my sleep, hitting the wall and stubbing my toes. i woke up after that one, too. :D

when i was realllllllly stressed out in my younger days, i had muscle spasms in my sleep. they were more disorganized and didn't actually move any appendages, though.

if she's bucking her hips during her sleep, maybe she's dreaming about doing you, so take it as a good thing. lol
