"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yup and make sure she finds out you fvcked another woman during that time.
Id rather be outcome independent and just get on with my life, if I was OP. That way her drama doesn't even come into your life, your frame is solid and - well - you can just do what you want to do.

That in itself is quite a powerful place to be.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

If you go NC before you dump her, then you look like you are too scared to have a difficult conversation with her.
^^ I agree with this actually. A very brief non butt hurt text THEN go NC. Best of both worlds.

My strategy is to head her off at the pass. If she wants to end it, then I want it done right fvcking now. I don't like wasting my time trying to set up a meeting to get dumped.

When I get that "I want to talk about us" 5hit, I straight out ask, "Are you done with me?" If I get a resounding "No! Not at all!", then I commence with setting up a meeting. If I get some other bull5hit like, "well, I want to talk about things blah blah blah" then I know she's done and say "Ok, let's just end it right now then."

Take charge when you think you might be getting dumped. Women like to drag out the ending of relationships and feel like it's their duty to have a face-to-face breakup. Why face-to-face? It doesn't matter how it gets done because it's inevitable. It's much better to get it done quickly and move on ASAP.

I ended up going to her place yesterday after several calls from her and I told her to talk, I was listening. It turns out she wanted to talk about why I didn't tell her about my dad being diagnosed with something. Apparently, my mom called her a few days ago and told her during conversation. I told her I just didn't feel like making her worried. She started going on and on about me having to open up to her and all that.

I obviously know to do the exact opposite because women claim to want one thing but really want the other. Anyway, it ended with me f*cking her in the back of my car and some time spent together before I left.

I feel like her whole idea of wanting to "have a talk about us" was just a ploy to get to see me in person or attention from me. Oh, well.

She was mad because she thought you where treating her like $hit, from not telling her. She didn't want to just feel like some s1ut you bang out. She wanted a stronger position in your life. Like I said, this could've been one of the reasons she had to talk.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

That's why my approach works. I've been in both situations where it's the "I want to dump you in person" speech, and the "this irrelevant thing is bothering me" speech. Throwing the "are you done with me" question at her causes emotional fluctuation which works in your favour. If she asks about why you said it, just let her know that you don't want to waste any time if her interest drops. Doing this actually puts you in the position of power because it lets her know that you could drop her like a smelly old hat and move on.

When you think a girl wants to breakup, simply ask "Do you think we should end the relationship?" If she says anything but "NO!!!" it means yes.
