Like the title says, my girlfriend dumped me. Please don't try to help me get her back as that is not an option. I am unhappy and feel more helpless than I have in the past with other girls. I want to move on and be happy and find other girls and hopefully you guys can direct me to some good threads or give me some advice that has helped you.

OP, what you feel right now is normal, you're only human. It will pass. If you want speedy recovery - nothing beats fvcking a hotter chick.
And here's something else: if a hot chick feels that you're hung up on your ex, that's a gina tingles generator. As long as you don't say more than "It didn't work out" she will, more likely, go into qualification mode. Milk it. But don't tell a sob story, don't whine or anything.
