im sure this girl isnt nasty either, she gets cold sores on her mouth. the word herpes sounds so bad, but its just a cold sore that pops out and looks a little funny until it goes away again. its like a chicken pox that comes out when the weather is bad or your stress level is too high.

You guys remind me of my friends. They're all like- you'll get cancer from proteins, why do you work out, you need a balanced nutrition like me , not just cottage cheese, chicken ,rice...
I'm 40lbs more muscle than them(same height), and they drink on weekends, eat greasy food, smoke... And THEY are giving ME lectures!!

The thing is that cold sores are the body immune defence against the virus by inflammation of the area which means your girl is much more contagious a few days before the outbreak.
