"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

A girl who is depressed, anxious, etc is definitely not a red flag (barring more sinister mental disorders like BPD). However, any girl who on medication is a red flag. Why? Because it almost guarantees that she is incapable of solving her own problems through critical thinking and self-reflection and acccountability, instead opting to maintain her victimhood status while indefinitely avoiding accountability. Taking medication is not a solution to your problems. If someone has issues so severe that medication is genuinely the only option (unlikely), then they is in fact too damaged invite into your life anyway.

And I would say the same applies for men, if they have functional depression, women should give them a chance, but if their solution to "depression" is action faking horseshvt like therapy and medication, women should not date them.
You say people with depression deserve a chance, but those who seek treatment don’t? How does that make sense? Recognizing a problem and getting help can actually show self-awareness and responsibility. I know plenty of people with depression who function really well. My mate’s girlfriend even went to Profound Treatment to get professional help working through some personal challenges and understanding her emotions. There’s nothing shameful about that. Honestly, I’d be more concerned about someone who refuses to work on their issues than someone who takes medication. Just get to know her and see how she treats people. Being on antidepressants alone doesn’t tell you what kind of partner someone will be.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
