haha, I watched a young girl that I know well take down a muscular guy that had 30+ kilos on her. He went down hard, and then went to sleep. It can go either way. Watch out for the quiet ones.

There are plenty of men who don't know how to fight but think they do.

Not to mention most men won't fight as hard with a woman especially in a sparring match because he doesn't want to be seen as the guy who beat up a girl.

That is surprising to me, but I don't doubt that happens. There are a lot of explainations for this though, and I suspect most of them boil down to the man being afraid of hurting the women and underestimating her. Nothing is worse than arrogance and understimating the opponent if you want to win a fight.

However I would still say that the majority of untrained men could beat the majority of trained women of the in a fight to the death, especially if the man weighs more. If weigh the same I'd still reckon a 50% of the men would beat the woman because our biology is just more powerful; even men's reaction times are considerably quicker than women's on average.

true. as with everything it depends. its usually some form of underestimating. the women go 101%, the men start out at about 50% usually. both in sparing and real conflict. experienced women know this and know they have a very limited early advantage and will move to take advantage of that.

Just like men, lots of women are more mouth than brain. it takes 5 to 10 seconds to choke out.
