Girl told on me. How to react?

So, I got taken to the drunk tank. Nothing happened, just drunk in public, no court dates, no fines.

Girl goes and "casually" tells my mom about this. Three weeks after the fact.
Umm, why?
Could it be cuz me and the girl haven't spoke in a week. Neither of us has reached out to the other. We've been on rocky roads.
Now I'm thinking this girl needs to bounce cuz I don't need people worrying about nothing.
Help me think things clearly.

Thank you. I'm trying to stay positive. Like, yea maybe he needs to slow down on partying. But she could have told me.
On the other hand, her texting my mom after a week of us no contact, makes me think that she's out to hurt me in some way.
And that just pushes me away.
Like, my friends wouldn't do that. And I only told her about it cuz it wasn't a big deal.

She obviously is comfortable if she’s texting you Mom. The only thing you don’t know is her mindset and motive, but a conversation with Mom might help with that. She may have gone into covert spying mode using your Mom.

The dynamics of each situation are always different, but to answer your original question, the best way to react is with no reaction if you no longer care about her…
She was looking for a reaction to see if you still cared and gave a sh|t about what she does.…
