"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

i text this girl rarely. we got introduced over a few months ago cuz of our common friends. she didn't give me her number tho cuz i didn't ask for it. just simple his and hellos.

she sends me quotes sometimes and i send some in return "when i have time". ;)

i saw her yesterday while queuing at the cashier. i texted her that night saying "nice bag. where'd you buy it?"

i slept that whole night the moment i got home. [i was awake for more than 36 hours just studying for an exam!!] when i woke up, i got this;

"whatever. don't text me anymore cuz im not interested. and you're not even worth responding to. gudnyt"

this came as a shock to me cuz i wasn't really interested or showing any mixed signals so i responded with;

"haha! u just made me smile. first of all, not all guys hu text you are interested. 2nd, nobody said i was. i just thought that it wud be cool to have you as a friend but im not so sure anymore. and you even insulted me. i always treated you with respect and i ddn't deserve that. ur cute bt it takes so much more than that. it's quite a big insult to the girl if i you only like the face. luk, it's up to you if you'd respond our not but if you do, juz hope im still interested. tc."

she then responds with;

"bleh... ;P im not saying ur interested. and i don't care what you think of me. i don't even know you. ;p" -i think she's making up?

i responded with;

"suit urself. sori but i have to go. im still meeting *** and *** (her friends). im not really sure what you want."

how should i respond to things like this in the future? interactions through sms sure are common these days.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

If you write that kind of english in your textmessages there is no wonder why she doesn't want to talk to you again..................

She is playing mindgames, don't play into them.

She seems like an impolitewoman who thinks the worlsd evolves around her. Its up to you but i would certainly not bother saying a word to her ever again, thats how i would treat any woman with such bad manners.

everybody texts that way where im from. we like to create shorcuts so we could have more characters.

yeah, i think she thinks too much of herself. i have deleted her # and don't even consider talking to her again unless she does something like apologize up front. i couldn't care less.
we hang out with common friends so im gonna ignore her.

what do you think?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

In future, if you ever meet or speak to a girl like this again, or ever get another b!tch text, please dont:

(a) Explain yourself

(b) Send texts the size of books, explaining yourself

Instead, say nothing. Nothing hurts a b!tch as much as ignoring them. Or instead, try:

"leave me alone ugly" or "please shut the fuk up"

How should we know? You were looking at her, does that mean YOU'RE interested? You may have looked at a BUS or a TREE on the way to the lobby. Are you interested in the tree?

A text message like the one she sent you is incredibly rude. Most DJs don't tolerate excessive rudeness. You know, what with standards and everything. But if you need her so badly, continue with the same mindset espoused in the Holy Bible, i.e. don't give a stuff what she thinks about you.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I think you handled it well and jut passed a 5hit test of some sort. You answered her like a man and now she thinks you are 'worthy' of her attention.

I say keep responding assertively as you did and don't back down. It seems to me that she now has a mod/high IL. One of this days call on her 5hit just so that you don't get cought up in her games. See how far she will go after that.

Good luck.
