"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Cutting to the chase:

This girl shows plenty of signs of interest. She even acts jealous when I'm with other girls. I just can't tell if she's leading me on or not.

Recently, she has started to tell me about people who she hooked up with (while drunk) and people she finds attractive.

I've read that this is a sign that says "hurry up and ask me out," but I'm not sure about the validity of that statement.

As a guy, I would never say something like that to a girl I was interested in. Just a thought.

VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: No, I'm not her emotional tampon. She doesn't spill out her emotions and cry on my shoulder like she would to a "nice guy." She just tells me her little incidents that has no meaning. I'm not stupid or an AFC, so I would be the first to recognize that she was using me to cry on. She isn't crying. She's basically telling me stories - which I frankly don't care about.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Yeah this is often the case and my gf did the same to me to try and get me to ask her out (and has since admitted to it).

Try calling her bluff, offer to give her number to the guy she mentions or encourage her to go for it, and then judge her reaction. However, if you like her and suspect she likes you, make a move or ask her out. If she's leading you on, then you'll find out one way or another. Keep holding back and you could miss your chance and none of this will matter.

The SECOND a girl mentions another guy she's dated... Especially when I first meet, will tell her that I'm not interested in talking about other guys.

Once I've been seeing a girl for a while, I find it ok to discuss exes, but I really don't care about her past.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
