I was kickin it with this girl last weekend and she says I bet you have all of these girls... The first time i ignored it, and then she said it again. So I just asked her if she thought I was a player. And she said no.

How should I respond to this?

Another girl was like, you're just gonna talk to the other girls huh? It felt like she was testing me. I didn't want to answer, but then I thought about it and just said yeah like it was nothing.

Am i missing something here? :p

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
