"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

We've been dating a few mos. She was dodgy for a day or two then she calls telling me that she is at a fork in the road and is not sure if she wants to continue dating further and risk breaking hearts if it doesn't work out, which us ironic because I have been feeling the same way as well, especially since a new woman entered the picture, and this girl has been initiating contact and texting constantly. I have stayed focused on my gf, and only hangout with her, but the mind does wander. However at the same time my gf adores the person Iam, my qualities, work, affection and intimacy. We are both strong Christians, and she feels she may not be spiritually good enough for me. I proposed we take a few days off, don't speak to each other, or anyone else and reconsider our position. I would like to be with her, but I'm terrified of going further and realizing i wasted my time. I also feel offended and mistreated that she would think to flee then situation rather than work on it or work on herself. I have to call her soon as our few days of refocusing are up. Need some serious advice. My plan is to be very upfront and tell her what I'm looking for and if she wants to fit that role I'd love to work with her, if not, I'll find someone else.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Choose the better relationship. Always. It's not worth living in denial and misery.

NEXT.

She doesnt want you. If she did, the future wouldnt matter - it wouldnt even pop into her head - women live in the PRESENT - and right now, she aint feeling it - NOT "the future"

If you just tell her what you want like that it's not going to go across well. I'd just tell her what i'm looking for and let her know that I don't think we are good for each other and cut her off. The loss she realizes will make her like you more and if she comes back you will be in a better position. What i'd do at least..

From New Orleans, Louisiana to Atlanta, Georgia!!!
Too many mixed ass signals. Didn't I just f**kin' cover this? Dammit, drop her ass before she drops you! Women who are interested in you won't confuse you!

Case closed. Get out of my court.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
