"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hi!

This girl is one of my sisters far friends.
The last two times I've been at a party with her, shes given me her number.
The first time I didn't save it, but the second time we exchange numbers.

Shes a very good looking girl, but the thing is I've hardly spoken to her. The first time she gave me her number we've only exchanged a few sentences with each other. The second time we had a small chatt and she wanted me to give her massage.

Sounds good so far? Well, then I ask my sister about her, who tells me the girl is in love and has been for a quit while, in love with another guy who doesn't love her!
So what should I do, should I go for her anyway? I'm mostly looking for a serious commitment.
I usually have a pretty hard time getting girls, and since this one is so good looking, I just can't next her yet.
And should I call her or should I wait for her to call since she's the one who actually seemed most interested of the two of us.

By the way, I'm 25 and the's 22.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

People need to learn that a link exists for questions like these....like the bible? Yeah, that's it.

Call her, set up a date, go to date, attract, onwards.
Not that hard.
