That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
I'd even go as far as suggesting actually picking up Doc's System. If you can get past his written presentation, he's spot on in regard to relationship management.Phyzzle said:She doesn't sound "confused" to me.

HAHA!!! I hear that, I just talk to them about how good my relationship is and what we do. I even go as far to say, if she would not do something with me like watch horror movies, than I will talk about how great it is that she will go with me to scary movies.typical said:Yea agree with that.
On a side note why the hell do they call/text/email back after like 6 months, I find it annoying aye, its like leave me the fcuk alone woman.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
A lesson can be learned here..."Bro's before Hoe's"...always. Never ditch your buddies for a girl.Originally posted by WheyProtein
walked outside to get fresh air and i had no where to go... i have no friends... i got rid of them all for her, because she didnt think they were good for me..

I would seriously see a doctor about getting your testicles re-attached. Go chop down a tree! That'll make you feel better.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.

It is at the end of the Observe your InnerGame episode.
He spoke directly to Whey here and I think he might want to listen to it. I guess he was skimming the net to day and came across this thread.
Whey I would take his advice to heart.
Good luck to you.
Mack,
Put this through your head and repeat it until you've got it: SHE WANTS CONTROL.WheyProtein said:i dont understand. if i dont call her. she calls me. we talk, she sounds sad, and asks me, are you over me?? like wtf.. SHE BROKE UP WITH ME.. why does she ask me these stupid qusetions when she broke up with me. she acts like i broke up with her its insane... and then shse starts crying and crap.. i dont understand .. damnit
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
