"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

im in some trouble. this girl who i've known for ten years seems to be interested in me. the problem is not just that shes been in the friend mode from the beginning and that im not really going crazy over her and this is just-plain-weird, her current bf is my friend. not a close friend, but still a friend. it's obvious she likes me a lot with the flirting online tonight. calling me buff, hun, implying that she aint exactly crazy over her man, etc, wtf...she asked me out, christ...i can't remember when that last happened.
is something changing about me? its funny because it seems like im always the loner- and all of a sudden, i've got an old friend totally changing her attitude towards me plus another girl i havent mentioned who is actually being sort of needy towards me, trying to get closer to me and saying lame things and stuff...lol, girls tend to run away from me, guess thats changing.
Any suggestions on any of this?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Tell your friend, seriously, I had a girl like two weeks ago who was going out with one of my buddies...

I said, "are you serious with her?"

he goes, "nah, you want a go?"

"She wants a go at me"

"go ahead"

So's I boinked her at a party, and when we were done I called my friend into the room while she was laying there with nothing on. "your turn" I said, then she rolled over and punched me softly with this evil "come here" look on her face.

No problems, no worries...

As long as you tell your friend, and ask him, there are no problems...

Just keep trying with him, use different wiles, and throw innuendo at him like there was no life for you if you don't screw her brains out.

I might live in a different sexually cultured place than you though... just make sure your friend knows if he says no, that his girl is putting the moves on you.

Your becoming respected, and the girls want to take advantage.

Above two guys said it, bros before hoes.

I'm just thinkin, it's highschool, your 'friend' probably wants to date ther girls, and is probably sick of this one, but hasn't found an excuse yet.

Just tell him what she is doing. bros before hoes.

Who are you going to protect?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
