OK, I noticed something very odd about my conversations with a blonde girl I've been getting to know. She introduced herself to me as "Sheila" at the beginning of the week. I repeated her name, to make sure it was right. I assumed I said it correctly, as she did not correct me, and I'm certain I heard her correctly. Anyway, I've talked to her a few times the past couple of days during seminar breaks, and she always responds when I say that name.
However, the seminar leader has been calling her "Sarah." And another gal in class says she is Sarah. I asked the blonde gal why the seminar leader calls her "Sarah" and not "Sheila."
"Because that's my name!" she screams at me.
I was very confused at that point because I had called her by the wrong name many times in the past couple days, and she has never corrected me. But now she gets mad when I get her name right?!?
Isn't that bizarre? What's up with that?!?
